What ShipWatch stores, who else touches it, and how to ask for deletion.
Who we are
ShipWatch is operated by Luis De Los Santos in New York, NY, USA. Questions about this policy go to hello@shipwatch.site.
What we collect
When you create an account we store your email. When you add an app we store the URL you asked us to monitor and the test-account emails and passwords you give us. Those passwords are stored encrypted. A roast or a scan stores the URL you pasted, and an email address if you asked us to send the report. We do not ask for your Stripe secret key or a Supabase service role key.
Payments
Stripe handles card payments for ShipWatch subscriptions. We never see or store your card number. Stripe sends us a customer id and the subscription status so we know which plan is active.
Email and hosting
ActiveCampaign sends product email updates. Every message has an unsubscribe option. Resend delivers sign-in links, scan reports, roast reports, and check alerts. The site is hosted on Vercel. Account data, app settings, and run records live in a Turso database.
Cookies
ShipWatch sets one session cookie so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or a third-party analytics cookie.
Deletion
Email hello@shipwatch.site and ask us to delete your account. We will delete the account, the monitored apps, the stored test credentials, and the run history tied to that account.
We do not sell data
We do not sell your personal information, your app URLs, or the test credentials you give us.
